New restaurant Faccia eFaccia and the underground wine bar Bar Pallino, opened this past week on Newbury St. in Boston, MA complete with two new paintings by artist Joe Taveras. For the two artworks, he captures the existing atmosphere of the restaurant and wine bar, while throwing his own style into the mix. The paintings add an extra level of contemporary feel to this new eatery on the cutting edge of Newbury's developing scene.
Faccia eFaccia and Bar Pallino are the newest culinary destinations by award-winning chefs Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer and yet again they have succeeded in creating a great experience for anyone who's a fan of good food. Their JK Food Group family of restaurants includes some of Greater Boston's best restaurants including Toro, Coppa, and Little Donkey.
The artist attended the Friends and Family opening of Faccia e Faccia and Bar Pallino. "It's such a pleasure to be here, it was so fun to try out the new dishes: The tuna tartare was incredible and the caccio e pepe pasta, which is made in-house, was delicious.
